HELLLLPPPP !!!! Stuck fish?
I’ve just added my first fish to my tank (Checkered barbs) but they have managed to find the smallest crack between the side of the tank and my 3D rock shaped backdrop (instead of a poster). Now they have swum up behind it so they are now stuck between the rock and the glass. The rock thing is stuck to the glass using aquarium sealant so it wont come off now.
Any answers very much grateful before they die. I dont know if the fish can get themselves out because it means swimming backwards

Got her out with the use of some pipe cleaners. Crammed some gravel hard into the crack so none of my other babies will get stuck. Hopefully she’s not too stressed out and will survive the night.
my first instinct would to remove the rock,but since you can’t…I’d remove all your other fish (if you have any others) and try to push your fish out,gently of course. I don’t know if that would work. My frogs get stuck behind their filter and I just poke them in the rear and they are able to swim out…
